How It Works:
Each time you’re frustrated on a project, whether it’s because of the client, contractor, or internal team members, document your frustration on this worksheet. Then simply follow the prompts in each column.
I find it’s best to document your frustrations right after you’ve identified it but fill out the remaining columns when you’re clear-headed and on a weekly basis.
REMEMBER TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX! There’s more than one way to fix your frustrations and sometimes the best answer isn’t the most obvious. Some examples from my own business have been provided for you.
